About HWB to HEX conversion
HWB takes a pure hue and says how much white and how much black are mixed into it, which is close to how mixing paint actually feels. It is part of CSS Color 4 and works in every current browser.
HEX writes a color's red, green and blue channels as six hexadecimal digits behind a hash - the notation used throughout CSS, HTML and design tools. Converting from HWB to HEX gives you a value ready for pasting straight into a stylesheet or a brand document.
