Privacy Policy

How Graphynia collects, uses and protects your information, and how our tools keep your files on your device.

This is the Privacy Policy for Graphynia, accessible from https://www.graphynia.com/.

This policy was last updated 13th August 2026

At Injosoft ("Injosoft", "We", "Us" or "Our"), we are committed to protecting your information and respecting your privacy rights. The aim of this page is to explain how we may gather and use information about you through your interactions with us, including the use of this website. All use of such information is governed by the principles and practices set out in this statement. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Cookie Policy.

We respect your privacy and do NOT tolerate spam and will NEVER sell, rent, lease or give away your information (name, address, email, etc.) to any third party. Nor will we send you unsolicited email.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. You must not use this website or our services if you do not accept this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.

Who We Are

We who provide this website are a Swedish internet company ("Injosoft") located near Gothenburg.

Information We May Collect From You

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • If you contact us, we will keep a record of our correspondence.
  • Like many other websites, our web server keeps log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks, used to analyze trends, administer the site and diagnose problems. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable, and these data will not be combined with data from other sources.
  • We use Google Analytics to collect usage information – which pages are visited, how long visits last, roughly where in the world they come from – to help us improve the site, as described in our Cookie Policy. We see this data in aggregated form and do not use it to identify individual visitors.
  • Ads on the site are served by Google, whose cookies and similar technologies collect information about your activity in order to deliver and measure advertising. This is described further down, under "Who May Your Information Be Shared With", and in our Cookie Policy.

Graphynia currently has no user accounts, so we do not collect account information such as names, email addresses or passwords. If accounts are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what is collected and why.

Local Data Processing in Tools

Our tools process your data entirely in your web browser. Images, text and files you open in the tools are never uploaded to our servers.

Camera access (used by our webcam tools) also runs locally. No video or image data leaves your device. All conversions, effects and rendering happen on your own computer using JavaScript and your browser's built-in capabilities.

What Do We Use Your Data For?

Part of the data is collected to ensure the proper functioning of the website. Other data can be used to analyze how visitors use the site. Log files are used internally only, and are not associated with any particular user.

Where Do We Store Your Personal Data?

Data we hold ourselves – server logs and any email you send us – is stored inside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Data collected by Google Analytics and by Google's advertising services may be transferred to and stored on Google servers outside the EEA, under the transfer safeguards Google applies to those services.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing, or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We protect our systems with various physical, technical and procedural measures, and we restrict access to your information by unauthorized persons. The only information that reaches our servers at all - standard web server logs and any email you send us - is stored securely; everything you create in the tools stays on your own device.

Do We Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.

Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

Yes. Google Analytics and the ads we display set cookies, and Google's advertising partners may also use web beacons and pixels. Where the law requires it, these are only set after you consent. Separately from all of that, your theme and interface preferences are stored locally in your browser and never sent to us. Specific information about how these technologies are used and how you can refuse them is set out in our Cookie Policy.

Consent

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. Where required by law, you are asked for explicit consent before analytics and advertising cookies are set, through a consent message shown on your first visit. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time; our Cookie Policy explains how. Declining changes nothing about how the tools work.

Who May Your Information Be Shared With?

Google is the only third party involved, in two roles:

  • Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service operated by Google, to understand how visitors use the website. It uses cookies: small files stored on your device that allow an analysis of your use of the site. The information generated may be transmitted to and stored on Google servers outside the EEA, under the safeguards Google provides for such transfers. Google Analytics uses your IP address to derive an approximate location and does not store it. You can prevent these cookies through the consent message, through your browser settings, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

  • Advertising (Google)

We display advertising served by Google to keep the tools free. Google and its partners use cookies and web beacons to collect information about your activity on this and other websites, in order to deliver and measure ads. Where you have consented, those ads may be personalized on that basis; otherwise you are shown non-personalized ads. We do not provide any information we hold about you to advertisers. You can review your options at Google's Advertising Policy and My Ad Center.

Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the address below. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

  1. Right to access: the right to request copies of your personal information from us
  2. Right to rectification: the right to have your personal information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete
  3. Right to erasure: the right to request that we delete or remove your personal information from our systems
  4. Right to restrict processing: the right to block us from using your personal information or limit the way in which we can use it
  5. Right to data portability: the right to request that we move, copy, or transfer your personal information
  6. Right to object: the right to object to our use of your personal information including where we use it for our legitimate interests
  7. Withdrawal of Consent: the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information at any time

Your Privacy Rights (CCPA – California Residents)

If you are a resident of California, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • The right to know what personal data we collect, use, and share
  • The right to request deletion of your personal data
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data)
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details provided below.

For How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?

Your personal information will be processed to the extent necessary for the performance of our obligations, and for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the information is collected, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable data protection laws. When we no longer need your personal information, we will take all reasonable steps to remove it from our systems and records or anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified from it.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. For users within the European Union, the minimum age may be higher (up to 16) depending on the country's legislation. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Email Policy

We collect your email address only when you voluntarily contact us directly. We will never sell, rent, or distribute your email address to any third party. We do not send marketing or promotional emails. All correspondence by email is treated as confidential.

Links to Other Websites

We may from time to time publish links to other websites we believe to be of interest. However, we have no control over these sites, which are not governed by this Privacy Policy.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page. The date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated.
